O'SEC TECH WINS PROTEST CASE AGAINST BANKOMAN

Over 24 schools have locked horns in litigations issues currently at the Ghana Education Directorate in as some schools bid to overturn the qualification status of other schools. It is a tensed atmosphere here as the representation of the 24 schools battle themselves in litigations to see who can win the legal war before the discpinary committee chaired by Headmaster of Kumasi High School Mr. Oppong Yeboah.
Over 15 cases are before the committee for adjudication including Kumasi High School verses Adanwomasi where the chairman of the committee is expected to recuse himself for another chairman to take over. The first case before the committee is Obuasi sectec against BankOman shs. The Controversial issue of impersonation is before the committee as O’Sectec seeks to overturn the qualification of Bank Oman shs.
Bankoman has already conceded defeat and has apologised. Mr. Owusu Sekyere representing Bankoman has admitted wrongdoing and apologised.
The starlets player used by bankoman in their match admitted being unqualified.
Case 1 has subsequently been ruled in favour of O’sectec. Consequently Obuasi wins case 1. Bankoman therefore fined 500 Ghana cedis and will pay the expenses of Obuasi
