DAY4 OF MILO QUALIFIERS
DAY 4 OF MILO QUALIFIERS Match day four of the ongoing qualification round of the ASHANTI Regional Inter-schools soccer competition came off today at seven centers with contrasting fortunes for participating schools. Seven schools confirmed their tickets to be part of the last round of 32 to be played at the Baba Yara Stadium.
There were some few casualties as EFFISCO failed to qualify as Manso Adubia pipped them to the sole ticket. Aduman SHS qualified ahead of Ejisu SECTEC whiles T. I. Amass qualified ahead of Jacobu. The biggest shock was however at the Kumasi Girls center where minnows St. Georges surprised KSTS, Toase SHS and GHANAMY to book a qualification ticket.
Islamic SHS booked their tickets ahead of Ghana Muslim Mission whereas last year losing finalist, Collins Commercial of Agogo managed to snatch the ticket from the hands of Achinakrom.
The following schools have booked their tickets barring any protestations to be part of the last round of 32 to be staged at the Baba Yara Stadium.
1. Juaben SHS
2. Collins Senior High Commercial
3. Manso Adubia SHS
4. Aduman SHS
5. St. Georges SHS
6. I. Amass, Kumasi
7. Islamic SHS
