O'SEC TECH ,ADUMAN WINS ZONE THREE
Obuasi sec tech emerged victorious of zone three in the boys division after two days of brilliant performances to draw the curtains down on the Ashanti regional inter schools and colleges athletics competition.
O'sec tech booked their ticket to the super zonals alongside Effisco,Aduman,Tepa,st.Hubert and Adu Gyamfi making the final cut.
In the girls division Aduman were able to defend the trophy they won last year with o'sec tech ,Tepa ,Effisco,Ti Amass Girls asokore and st.Monica's making final cut for the super zonals.
There were some casualties as Bekwai SDA failed to qualify in both the boys and girls division and ADU Gyamfi also failing to qualify in the girls division.

OKESS ,K'WEY GEY HEY WINS ZONE TWO OF INTERCO
After two days of fantastic performances from schools from zone two of the ongoing inter schools and colleges athletics competition Osei Kyeretwie senior high school emerged champions in the boys division whiles Kumasi Wesley Girls Senior High school won the girls division.
Okess amassed a total of 132 points in the boys division with mpasatia placing 2nd with a total 108.5 points and Knust Shs third with 98 points.
In the girls division K'Wey Gey Hey had a total points of 233 points and were followed by Okess and Knust Shs with points of 129 and 76 respectively.
Abdul Razak of Kwesi Oppong won the boys 200m,400m,4*400m and placed 2nd in the 100m.ELIZABETH ARKO of K wey gey hey won gold in both the girls high jump and triple jump competition whiles Augustine Sambo of Akumadan Shs won the boys 5000m,1600 medley and placed 2nd in the 800m.
Simms Senior high school were adjudged the best behaved school of the zone and were followed by Knust Shs and Nyinahin Catholic Shs in 2nd and 3rd respectively.
A total of nine different schools made it to the super zonals with kwesi oppong ,Knust and Okess qualifying in both the boys and girls division. Below is the list of schools that made it to the super zonals
