DISCIPLINARY COMMITTEE TO SIT ON PROTEST CASES ON THURSDAY
The Disciplinary Committee of the Ashanti Region Schools and colleges Sports Federation will commence adjudication of protest cases before it from Thursday the 24th of November, 2017 to pave way for last round of 32 which is scheduled to kick off on the 28th of November. However the multiplicity of protest before the committee however cast doubt as to whether the committee can finish on time and attend to appeal cases if any.
The Disciplinary Committee will meet at the conference room of GES at the regional education directorate. The committee members are made up of eminent P.E. Tutors and coaches both current and retired backed by Federation heads.
The schools in question are expected to present their Heads of institutions or their reps alongside their P.E. Tutors and may be expected to present in person players under protest.
Obuasi sectec, Kumasi Technical Institute, KONONGO ODUMASI, ADU Gyamfi, among a host of schools will all appear before the committee to defend of present their cases before the committee.
Schools will be fined if they lack, merit in their case.
